Live dashboard
Production today against the day before, looms running, beams on loom and ready, and sensors online.
IoT loom monitoring for weaving mills
A sensor on every loom, production in the cloud, and one app for your whole team — live loom RPH, stops, hourly production, warp beam tracking and a shop floor TV dashboard. On Android and the web.
How it works
No server at the mill, no registers, no end-of-shift counting. The loom reports itself.
An IoT sensor on each loom sends its counter (picks or metres) and running / stopped status over Wi-Fi about every minute. A retry never double-counts.
Every reading becomes production — per loom, per hour, per production day and per beam on the loom. Counter restarts and bad readings are handled.
Managers on their phones, supervisors on the web, weavers on the big TV on the shop floor. Everything keeps itself up to date.
Features
Built for the people who run the floor: the numbers that matter this hour, and the history behind them.
Production today against the day before, looms running, beams on loom and ready, and sensors online.
An RPH dial per loom for the last hour, an odometer totaliser and beam counter, stops and time stopped.
Production hour by hour for the last 24 hours — see the shift change, the breakdown, the slow hour.
Output per loom per day for any range, with loom and day totals. Export it as CSV in one tap.
Warping beam batches, rollouts onto looms and each beam's progress in percent — ready, on a loom, or done.
Full screen, black and vivid. Rotates live gauges and hourly charts, and opens from a TV link with no login.
The same app on a phone, a tablet by the loom and a browser in the office, from one sign-in.
Every sensor, when it last reported and the raw readings behind any number — restarts handled.
Managers add looms, beams and rollouts; viewers watch. Every company only ever sees its own mill.
Each mill is its own company with its own shift start. Switch between them in the app.
Who signed in, and who changed what and when — for every loom, beam and rollout.
Your ERP or payroll software pulls readings through a sync API that remembers where it left off.
Gauges & reports
RPH is what a loom produced in the last hour. Logger puts it on a dial for every loom, next to the stops in that hour and how long the loom stood still — so a slow loom shows up now, not at the end of the shift.
Shop floor TV dashboard
A shop floor TV dashboard in full screen, black with vivid colours, readable from across the shed. It rotates between live loom gauges and hourly performance charts on its own — and opens from a TV link, with no login.
The loom workflow
The way a weaving shed already works, without the register.
One app, everywhere
Demo Weaving MillsSensors
One small IoT sensor per loom counts production and reports running or stopped over your Wi-Fi. Logger shows every sensor, when it last reported, and the readings behind every number.
For the people wiring it up
Devices post JSON — one reading or a whole cycle — with the sensor ID and the time. Your ERP or payroll software pulls readings out through a sync API that remembers where each one left off.

For mill owners
You can't fix a stoppage you never hear about. Logger makes every loom tell you, every minute.
Stops in the last hour and time stopped, per loom — spot the silent loom while the shift is still on.
Production is counted by the machine, not written down at the end of the shift.
Beam progress in percent shows which loom needs the next beam, and which beams are ready.
Check the shed from home, the office or on the road — on your phone.
The TV dashboard puts every loom's RPH in front of the people running them.
Hourly and daily history per loom and per beam, exportable as CSV for your own analysis.
Industries
Power loom sheds and modern weaving units — picks per loom, per hour, per beam.
Warping beam batches, rollouts and beam progress, tied to the looms they run on.
Several mills or sheds, each as its own company, managed from one account.
If a sensor can count its output, Logger can log it — running, stopped, per hour and per day.
Logger is a loom monitoring system for weaving mills. A small IoT sensor on each loom sends its pick or metre counter and its running or stopped status to the cloud about every minute. Your team sees live production, loom RPH, stops and beam progress in the web app, the Android app and on a shop floor TV dashboard.
One IoT sensor per loom, on your mill Wi-Fi. It counts production (picks or metres) and reports whether the loom is running or stopped. Nothing else needs to be wired to the loom, and no server is needed at the mill.
Logger works from a counter, so it suits weaving looms and any other counter-based machine where the sensor can count output. Tell us your loom model on a call or on WhatsApp and we will confirm the fitting.
RPH is the production of a loom in the last hour. The gauges view shows an RPH dial for every loom, an odometer-style totaliser and beam counter, the number of stops in the last hour and the time the loom was stopped. Hourly charts cover the last 24 hours.
Yes. The shop floor TV dashboard is full screen, black and in vivid colours, and it rotates between live loom gauges and hourly performance charts. A manager creates a TV link in the app; the TV opens that link in its browser with no login.
Yes. The company app runs on Android (APK) and in any web browser at logger.jet66.cloud/app/, with the same sign-in. Managers add looms, beams and rollouts; viewers watch production.
Record each warping beam batch, then roll a beam onto a loom at a date and time. Logger counts the production against that beam and shows its progress in percent, and the next rollout on the loom closes it off. You always see which beams are on looms and which are ready.
